Privacy policy

In short
The app runs on Atlassian Forge inside your Atlassian site. It stores the templates you create and a seven-day history of runs. It has no servers of its own, sends no data outside Atlassian and uses no analytics or tracking.
What the app processes

The app reads and writes Jira data as the user who is using it, within that user's Jira permissions, through Atlassian's APIs. It does not read email addresses or profile data beyond what Jira's permission check returns.
Where data lives
All storage is Atlassian Forge hosted storage, which follows your Atlassian site's data residency. The app makes no network calls to any host outside Atlassian, which is what the Marketplace "Runs on Atlassian" badge certifies.
Roles
For personal data inside templates and run records, your organisation is the controller and Aldorock AB acts as processor under a data processing agreement available from support@aldorock.com on request. Aldorock AB staff cannot access your site's storage; Forge storage is only reachable by the app running in your site.
Deletion
Delete a template to remove it. Run records expire after 7 days. Uninstalling the app removes its storage according to Atlassian's Forge data retention rules.
Security
The app follows Atlassian's Marketplace security requirements: least-privilege scopes (read and write work items, read users, app storage), no secrets in code, dependency scanning, and a named security contact. Report security issues to security@aldorock.com; we acknowledge within two business days.
